Participants will make chocolate from bean to bar with SRSLY chocolate’s owner and chocolate maker, Bob Williamson. The workshop will go over all aspects of chocolate making. From sorting, cracking, winnowing and grinding cocoa beans to tempering and molding stone ground chocolate, this class does it all! Participants then get to hand craft and customize their own chocolate bars!
Join SRSLY chocolate's co-owner, Robin Simoneaux-Williamson, for an indepth and hands-on exploration of bon bons. Situated inside our chocolate factory in beautiful downtown Taylor, TX, students will paint, shell, fill and cap bon bons from scratch and learn the fundamentals of ganache formulation. Each student goes home with a 24 piece set of the bon bons they created! To ensure personal attention to each student, seating is very limited. $100.
